Circuit Judge Terry E. White Division 3 Courtroom — Room 311

Judge Terry E. White was elected circuit judge in 2024. His present term expires in December of 2030.

Prior to taking the bench, Judge White served over 40 years as a law enforcement officer working at the international, federal, state, county and municipal levels of government. In addition, Judge White, served as assistant prosecutor for Nodaway County, Missouri for a year and a half and as municipal judge for the City of Tarkio, Missouri for two years.

Judge White is responsible for presiding over felony criminal cases, civil litigation and juvenile court cases in Andrew and Buchanan County.

Judge White resides with his wife Debbie in rural southern Buchanan County and they have two children, Haleigh and Hunter.
