Circuit Judge Daniel F. Kellogg Division 4 Courtroom — Room 332

Judge Daniel F. Kellogg was appointed Associate Circuit Judge in 1995 and was re-elected in 1998. He was elected Circuit Judge in 2000 and re-elected in 2006, 2012. 2018 and 2024. His current term expires December 31, 2030.

Prior to taking the bench, Judge Kellogg practiced law as a private practicing attorney and as a Buchanan County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.

Judge Daniel F. Kellogg served as the Presiding Judge of the 5th Judicial Circuit from 2019 to 2022.  He is responsible for presiding over  felony criminal cases, civil litigation, and treatment court cases in Andrew and Buchanan Counties. 

Judge Kellogg and his wife, Jennifer, have four children: Xan, Joseph, Annaka, and Jomel.
